• Initial consultation and budget conversation

• Collection of “must haves” and inspiration for all elements (flowers, design, location, et al.)

• Phone and email support from time of booking

• Comprehensive design concept and direction

• Budget advice and allocation

• Attire advice, if needed

• Custom vendor referrals

• Detailed timeline creation for client and all vendors

• Stationery consultation

• Layout and/or floor plan creation for ceremony seating

• Wedding Day Transportation management

• Vendor management for Ceremony Only

• Final details coordination

• Rehearsal coordination

• Production management if needed

• 4-Hour Coverage for Wedding Planner ( 2 hours prior to ceremony until pictures on the Chapel Lawn are finished)

• Includes your Wedding Planner Lead (Renee) and Day-of Coordinator. Parties over 100 guests are subject to additional fee for our assistant or intern.


• Distribute the wedding day itinerary to bride, groom, bridal party, and family

• Coordinate and conduct the rehearsal of all aspects of the ceremony

• Make sure bride, groom, wedding party, and family are comfortable with all ceremony details including procession and recession

Wedding Day: Ceremony

• Reserve seats for family and any special requests if needed

• Set up all ceremony personal items (candles, sand ceremony, glass, ketubah, etc.)

• Organize all wedding party and family for processional

• Cue the musicians and all attendants for the ceremony

• Coordinate signing of the marriage license and given to the officiant for filing

• Coordinate petal toss on the Chapel Lawn
